Bookings and Reservations

When you make a booking through our website or contact form:

  • You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion
  • Prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may change without notice

Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before your booking: eligible for a full refund
  • Within 24 hours of your booking: a credit may be offered for a future visit
  • No-shows: non-refundable

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Venue Rules and Safety

All visitors to Live Wire venues must comply with the following:

  • Children under 5 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for activities (grip socks recommended)
  • Do not use equipment in a manner other than intended
  • Report any injuries or equipment issues to staff immediately

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with venue rules or whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activities at Live Wire involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, and collisions. By entering our venue and participating in activities, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, but we cannot eliminate all risk associated with physical activity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • Live Wire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Live Wire Games & Good Times or its licensors and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.
